I was born and raised in Oklahoma.  And today I live in San Diego, California with my amazing daughter, 2 dogs and 2 cats.

 

​I graduated with a BFA in 3-Dimensional Design from the University of Oklahoma.  My art practice is a reflection of my personal journey and my relationship with nature.  I’m interested in the symbolic chance encounters that spark new ideas and change our daily paths.  Some of my paintings capture the delicate shape of a flower seen on a walk and in other paintings I delve into the surreal blending of physical, metaphysical, and spiritual possibilities.
